Foresite, a managed security and cyber-consulting services provider, is excited to announce and welcome John Koehnecke to the team as their new Senior Vice President of Global Sales.

Mr. Koehnecke is responsible for the strategic oversight of the company’s domestic and international market expansion and orchestration of the sales and business development organization to advance the capabilities of our partner ecosystem through the ProVision Security Suite.  “We are pleased to have John join our executive team,” said Marc Brungardt, President at Foresite. “He has an impeccable reputation in the industry with a proven track record of results.  We will look to John’s leadership and experience as we strive for continued growth of Foresite’s business.”

He has held several senior leadership roles in cyber security sales and sales engineering teams over the past 20 years. Most recently he was a VP Sales at Optiv, Inc., where he led the integration and growth of the Fishnet Security and Accuvant merger from revenues of $800M to $2.5B in only four years. Prior to Optiv, Mr. Koehnecke’s leadership was instrumental in creating AT&T’s Networking Integration and Cyber Security Solutions business.  Under his leadership the organization grew from revenues of $100M to $1.5B in rapid fashion.  He holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts/Science from Creighton University
